At El Verde Es Vida, we see trees as more than greenery — they’re a form of justice. Farmworkers and Latino communities often live and work in areas with little shade and high pollution, making them especially vulnerable to extreme heat.

That’s why we’re planting trees in the neighborhoods that need them most — near fields, homes, schools, and public spaces. These trees help cool the air, protect health, and restore dignity to communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis.
